Coordinator, Business Administration
Tasks
- Verify invoices (work order and non work order related items)
- Handle incoming reminders from vendors
- Prepare / check preliminary payment run
- Carry out ad hoc analysis for monthly and quarterly closing
- Monitor and verify batch processing from FIS to my SAP
- Allocate cash collections (incoming checks and bank remittance)
- Clear accounts receivables
- Handling of open items including of dunning letter to customers
- Calculate, prepare and analyze actual results and forecasts for the Area
- Maintain cost center Result expense accounts and accrual balance sheet accounts
- Support management on assigned tasks, presentations and special projectsPrepare and analyze financial operating data in a timely fashion, enabling management to make sound business decisions
- Enhance organization efficiency through support of key processes and systems
Requirements
- Accounting/Finance degree desirable
- Knowledge in Statistical Methods
- Ability to present complex correlations in a clear way
- Comprehensive knowledge of user application systems (SAP, FIS, COMPASS, MS Office, etc.)
- Team player / Flexible / Cooperative
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work multiple functions, switching between A/R, A/P, G/L
- Intermediate knowledge of written and spoken English required
- Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish required
